Welcome to our online facilities reservation system!

We would like to inform you that due to several construction projects schduled to commence late summer 2025, many of our facilities will have limited availability for external user groups. The affected sites include: Benicia High, Liberty High, Robert Semple Elementary, Mary Farmar and Joe Henderson Elementary. We are committed to providing access to spaces that are not reserved for our students and will do so on a first come first serve basis. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we embark on these exciting projects!

Effective January 1, 2025: Our fee schedule has been updated to include an additional processing fee to cover the expense of our online platform and the ability to pay online with a credit card.

Video Surveillance and Security

Please be advised that our facility is equipped with video surveillance systems. These systems are in place to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on our campus.

Property Damage and Cleanup

All users are responsible for the condition of the facilities and equipment used during their event. Any damage to property must be reported immediately to the Maintenance and Operations department. Users are expected to leave the facilities clean and in the same condition as they found them.

Time Restrictions

All events must adhere to the scheduled start and end times. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or restrictions on future use.

Investigation and Footage Review

In the event of property damage, theft, or other incidents, Benicia Unified reserves the right to review surveillance footage to assist with investigations.
